Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier, or you can collect your order from our Johannesburg location at no charge.

Delivery

Courier rates are calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. We don't currently offer a blanket free-shipping threshold; the rate shown at checkout is the rate charged.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier service selected at checkout, typically 1-4 business days for most of South Africa.

Collection

You can collect orders in person from:

Select "Collection" at checkout and we'll notify you once your order is ready to collect. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. If anything looks wrong with a tracked shipment, contact us using the details on our Contact page and reference your order number.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and make it right.
