Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use solark.co.za or place an order with Solark Industries. By using the site, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud.

Payment

We accept payment by PayFast (card, Instant EFT, and other PayFast-supported methods) and manual EFT. For PayFast payments, your order is confirmed automatically once payment clears. For manual EFT, your order is reserved as pending until we receive and match your payment using the reference provided.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery options, timing, and cost. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery or collection; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible using manufacturer and supplier data. Images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product (packaging revisions, colour variations, etc.).

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Solark Industries or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solark Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
